Head Girls Coach/Advisory Boardevangerhardtusa.comEvan Gerhardt is entering his 4th year coaching for Texas Express in the Fort Worth area. He currently coaches the middle school, JV, and Varsity level girls for the program. For his day job, he is an Athletic Coordinator and PE teacher at ILTexas Saginaw and has been in this role for 5 years.
In 2016, Coach Gerhardt moved to North Texas from Northern California where he, for four years, was the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Gavilan College. Through this experience, he learned what it takes for student-athletes to make it to the next level and is very passionate about helping players reach their athletic and academic goals. He has and continues to coach at various basketball camps including ones led by Nancy Lieberman and Texas A&M Women’s Basketball. During his time away from school and basketball he enjoys attending church, watching professional sports and spending time with his family.
