Steps to Register

  1. Review the location, schedule, and payment options provided.
  2. Register your child on line for your selected option.
  3. Complete and sign medical waiver.
  4. Pay on line or mail a payment along with medical waiver to:

  1. Medical Waiver may be turned in on the first date of training.  No child will be allowed to participate unless the above procedures have been followed and a medical waiver submitted and completed in its entirety with a parent/guardian’s signature.
  2. For secondary insurance coverage, please obtain a 2013 AAU Membership at a minimal cost of approximately $16.00.   Directions to obtain an 2012-2013 AAU Membership are provided on line.
