every other day work on a different phase of your game. Spend 15 minutes a day on each phase
Shooting- Remember these tips
1. BEEEF- Balance, Eyes on target, Elbow in, Extension, Follow Through
2. 10 toes to the rim
3. Hold the gooseneck or follow through
4. T and L- T with the thumbs, Form L with elbow.
5. Finish High
X-out Lay-ups- dribble in an X-pattern inside out- two rotations
Shoot 10 left and right hand lay-ups. (Work on angles)
Mirror Shots- 10 reps
Self Shots- 10 reps
Back Shots- 10 reps
Pizza Shooting- use as a warm-up before shooting
Shoot 50 shots- by starting under basket and using back spin to pass to self. Relocate after each shot and work on establishing the proper pivot foot.
Passing (Wall passing or partner passing) 20 reps on each pass

Single transfers- finish with a lay-up or game winner
